Design Build Project Proposal

Client: Austin Bryant Moore

Any construction project is full of endless details and multiple changes whether that’s because of a change of heart or because of supplies and timeline. I’m currently remodeling my second house, and I am learning any mistake in construction is a very expensive mistake and that makes it that much more disappointing.

When it comes to working with clients, anything to clear up confusion and help them see the creative abstract is ideal.

I had the privilege to work with some of the (hands down) best craftsmen in Tennessee. Their projects ranged from one room projects to creating entire spaces throughout homes. Items crafted by these guys included cabinetry, custom doors and just about anything else you can think of.

Austin Bryant Moore is well known in Nashville and their work is unmatched.

We created proposals for each project that was presented to others involved in the project: architects, interior designers, clients, builders and so on. It was the perfect piece that served as an overview but also somewhat of a formal introduction.

To make these productions all the more fitting and to create even more excitement about these projects, we incorporated a custom look for each that reflected the style of home to be built.

Per space, drawings were pulled from the plan and commentary was given along with design considerations.
